This is a follow-on Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) IDIQ for design-build, design-bid-build, and Progressive Design Build construction projects specific to WPAFB and individual task orders. Work covers a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction on real property. Expected efforts include buildings and structures, roads, airfields, grounds, roofs, specialty construction, utilities, and miscellaneous services such as remediation and hazardous waste removal. Contractors may also provide design/build services from concept through 100% design.
