This is a total small business set-aside for a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract to provide base-wide flooring services (purchase, installation, repair, and replacement) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The government will award to the responsible offeror with an "Acceptable" technical rating and the lowest total evaluated price, and reserves the right to award without discussions.
