The U.S. Air Force, AFLCMC/Operational Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, seeks a full and open contractor for inspection, diagnostics, and renewal of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. Work may include modernization or replacement of transformers, switchgear, panelboards, protective devices, motor control centers, emergency generator assemblies with transfer switches, fire alarm networks, power conditioning, surge/lightning protection, interior/specialty lighting, conductors, cables, and terminations. Additional scope may cover DDC repair/integration for HVAC and building automation, vertical transportation controls/lighting, and overhead/underground distribution, service feeders, grounding grids, duct banks, conduit networks, and manholes. The prime contractor must provide temporary power during outages, coordinate cutovers, and perform functional testing, commissioning, and acceptance to comply with current codes and Wright-Patterson AFB Installation Facility Standards. Energy efficiency upgrades and emergency repair services may also be executed under this contract.
