The acquisition is amended to remove the total small business set-aside and is now unrestricted, seeking a brand-name STERIS AMSCO 7052HP Washer/Decontamination Unit FH18072 for the 88th Medical Group at Wright-Patterson AFB. It will result in a firm-fixed-price contract awarded on a lowest-price-technically-acceptable basis to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the Statement of Work, receives an acceptable technical rating, and has the lowest evaluated price. Installation is to begin no later than 120 days after award and finalization of design. Offerors must meet mandatory CMMC Level 1 assessment requirements, demonstrate compliance with the 15 basic safeguarding requirements, record results in PIEE/SPRS, and maintain active SAM registration. Proposals must include separate technical and price proposals, and the Government may award without discussions or make no award.
