Tunable Wavelength Laser System
The government is soliciting offers for a firm-fixed-price contract to supply a tunable wavelength laser system, with award based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. Offerors must demonstrate that their proposed system meets every requirement in the Statement of Work, including providing detailed technical data, and must hold a current CMMC Level 1 certification. Performance must be completed no later than six months after contract award, with delivery and inspection at the destination. The acquisition is unrestricted and subject to the Buy American Act and applicable trade agreements, requiring domestic or qualifying end products. Proposals must be submitted in two parts—technical and price—and the government may award without discussions.
