This is a small business set-aside opportunity for river rock border landscaping services at the Air Force Institute of Technology, located on Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis, requiring an "Acceptable" technical rating and compliance with all solicitation terms.
