PLASMA PRO 100
The Department of the Air Force is seeking qualified vendors to provide, install, set up, test, and train staff on one Oxford PlasmaPro 100 Reactive Ion Etch (RIE) system, including all required support equipment, for the Engineering Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The period of performance is 120 days after contract award, and the requirement is anticipated to be above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation, and responses are due by July 2, 2026. The government is assessing interest to determine if a small business set-aside is feasible, requiring small business primes to perform at least 50% of the contract cost with their own employees. Vendors must submit a capabilities statement including company information, past performance, and system viability details.
