The Air Force seeks offers for a brand-name-only, firm-fixed-price contract to supply an Agilent High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS) for use at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The system must be fully compatible with existing Agilent equipment and MassHunter software, be made and assembled in the United States, and comply with the Statement of Work. Offerors must be Agilent or an authorized reseller, hold an active SAM registration, and meet CMMC Level 1 certification requirements. Performance will occur over six months after contract award, with delivery, installation, and final setup at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Building 644, Room L139, at Wright-Patterson AFB. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis to a responsible offeror with acceptable technical capability.
