This opportunity is for the supply of four Jet Fuel Thermal Oxidation Testing Rigs along with associated training, to be set up as a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Performance of the contract will be at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Delivery of the rigs is required within 12 weeks after receipt of order. Offerors must be registered in SAM, complete all representations and certifications, and provide detailed pricing beyond just totals. Quoted prices must remain valid for 60 days, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation or make no award.
