This acquisition is for a floor maintenance service to be performed one (1) time per year for a period of one (1) base year plus four (4) option years in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services will be performed at Wright Patterson AFB OH Area B, Building 70, 14,800 SqFt. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561720. Janitorial Services. Reponses to this Sources Sought Notice must be in writing and include a capabilities statement.
