The National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) is the United States Space Force (USSF) and Department of Defense’s (DoD) center for intelligence of foreign space and counterspace capabilities at Wright Patterson Air Force Base has a requirement for workforce training offerings relating to the professional development and refinement of presentation, public speaking, and strategic messaging skills. This training effort shall be offered in multiple identical sessions over a six-to-nine-month period to accommodate reasonable class sizes and to facilitate focused instructor feedback within a small group setting. An NSIC Action Officer will be identified at time of contract award and shall have final approval on all planning decision milestones.
