The contract is for Architect-Engineering (A&E) services to support multi-discipline projects at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio, covering the period from FY23 through FY28. The scope includes site visits, field investigations, planning studies, design and economic analyses, construction drawings and specifications, code and fire protection engineering, hazardous material surveys and abatement design, cost estimates, and bidding schedules. This requirement continues the existing scope for the six incumbent A&E contractors to ensure ongoing and emergent needs are met without interruption. The work is to be performed at WPAFB, Ohio.
