Amendment 4 (16 August 22) - The purpose of this amendment is to attach updated Statement of Work (SOW) and posting of site visit, conducted 3 August 22, questions and answers. Amendment 3 (4 August 22) - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation Offer Due Date by fourteen (14) calendar days to 19 August 22. Amendment 2 (27 July 22) - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation Offer Due Date by seven (7) calendar days to 5 August 22. Amendment 1 (21 July 22) - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated version of the Statement of Work (SOW) for Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0103. The formatting of the SOW was changed. This update clarifies the work schedule in Section 3 Para. a (Page 1), and removes any mention of moving of old equipment to DLA Bldg. 826. All parties interested in a site visit please request NLT 28 July 2022. Requests shall be sent to robert.taylor.165@us.af.mil with subject "FA8601-22-Q-0103 Site Visit Request". This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services for Removal/Installation of Pots and Pans washing machine, prepared in accordance with the format In FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA8610-22-Q-0103 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective date 4/26/2022. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, is used, and specific evaluation criteria are included in paragraph (a) of that provision. Offerors’ shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and additional clauses can be found in the attachment named “Solicitation Document”. This acquisition is Full and Open with Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code: 238220, Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M Synopsitation Closing Date: Proposals must be received not later than 1:30 PM, Eastern Daylight time on 29 July 2022. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson.
