Amendment 2 - The Solicitation close date extended to August 20. - Mold sampling report from Dayton Environmental Testing added to atachments. Amendment 1 WPAFB will be conducting a Site Visit with regards to this solicitation on 30 July 2021. Please RSVP via email no later than 12:00 PM EST on 29 July 2021. The details of the Site Visit are as follows: Date: 30 July 2021 Time: 8:30 AM EST Location:Outdoor Airpark Parking 1100 Spaatz St, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433 Attendees: Two (2) company representatives per contractor will be granted access. Participation in the Site Visit is not required in order to submit an offer, and no preference will be given to participants. To participate in the Site Visit, contact: Aaron Pitts, 937-522-4638, aaron.pitts.1@us.af.mil The NMUSAF has the requirement for Mold mitigation of the two air planes with minimal damage of the interiors during mitigation. Minimum requirements - 1. Contractor agrees to provide all material, labor, equipment, and specialty supplies to treat two planes for interior mold infestation. 2. Planes will be prepared by demarcation and installation of air filtration devises. a. These devises will be equipped with HEPA filters and will pull air from the inside of the planes to create a negative pressure containment and move air while filtering it. These units will run continuously during the mitigation. 3. All accessible surfaces will be sprayed with an anti-microbial solution to kill molds that are actively present on surfaces, with the understanding that some staining on surfaces could occur however the mold will be killed. a. Surfaces will be vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum upon completion of spraying with the antimicrobial solution. 4. Install ozone machines to purge mold from areas not easily accessed by the anti-microbial solution. Ozone will be released inside the planes on a timer. 5. Equipment will be removed and air quality testing will be done to confirm mold infestation has been completed. Please see the Statement of Work for additional information.
