SysML CAUTION: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes. In accordance with Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation; the U.S. Government is conducting market research. In addition, the Government is requesting any feedback or comments to the Government’s requirements. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Further, the Air Force is not, at this time, seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any Information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All Costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Objective: The vendor shall provide Systems Modeling Language (SysML) training to Department of the Air Force (DAF) employees. The DAF intends to provide training for up to 3400 students, HOWEVER, if you are unable to meet this capacity we are looking for information on how many students could be supported within the period performance. At this point we are seeking information on all SysML education providers who may help the DAR meet this training objective. Requirement: The SysML Training shall be In Accordance With (IAW) Paragraph 3.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated XX June 2021 (attached). However, as stated above if the 3400 student capacity cannot be met in para 3.2 please provide information on how many students could be supported. Please provide a current price list. If, after reviewing the attachment, you desire to participate in the market research, you should provide documentation that supports your company's capability in meeting these requirements. All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities-indicating examples of commercial services and specifications related to this effort, including information on scheduled course dates and maximum class sizes, if applicable. Also indicate if you are the provider, or provide the name and size of the provider of the services you will be supplying. Failure to provide documentation may result in the government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities. If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, clearances, etc…).
