Answer: Due to the security of the area, photographs of the space are not permitted and there is not an existing floorplan available. Included in the existing furniture layout are: Approximately (9) 8’x8’ systems furniture workstations (4) Modular offices. conference table. 2) In General Requirements 2.0 it calls out for us (Provide proper casters and glides on seating) but there isn’t a Tag for seating. Answer: There should not be a specification on the seating. There is no seating on this project. 3) WS.1 – Every place where there is a WS.1 you will be losing 12” of space for a foot and panel width that are not shown on the drawing for the “power beam” indicated in the item description. This will greatly impact the hallway clearance. Answer: Maintain proper egress and ADA guidelines. If the desk depth needs to change to a minimum of 23”, then that is acceptable. This package is to furnish furniture at Building 70, 5213 Thurlow Street, (Area A) Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, and tools to deliver and assemble items to Building 70. Refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) for further specifications.
