The contractor who wins the award will be expected to provide referees and/or umpires and a scorer/timer for various sporting events in accordance with the schedule and statement of work (SOW). The schedule will be provided by the Base Sports Department at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. a. Upon being awarded the contract, will demonstrate to the Base Contracting Office that they have officials in place and ready to start working so there will be no undo delay in the published start date of the season. Prior to the start of the season the contractor will provide to the Sports Department a listing of all officials, including their Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) number who are scheduled to work the league and tournament games/matches. b. Sports will generally to be officiated during the following season time frames; flag football (September-November), basketball (December-February), volleyball (March-May), and softball (June-August). The contractor shall provide a cost breakout for each sports official/umpire, scorer/timer, for intramural and *varsity levels. The contractor shall provide the following at each scheduled contest: a. Flag Football: 4 officials per game b. Softball: Regular season = 1 official Semi-final playoffs and championship = 2 officials c. Basketball: Intramural games = 2 officials and 1 scorekeeper/timer *Varsity games = 3 officials, 1 scorekeeper, and 1 timer d.
