Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with "On-Call" Maintenance & Repair, and Alter Pavements & Grounds at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This includes but is not necessarily limited to roads, parking lots, sidewalks, concrete structures, security fence and gates, and also includes removal and miscellaneous work as stated in the specifications and as shown, indicated, or noted on the details or drawings. Additional concrete, asphalt, excavation and landscaping work may be required on an "as needed" basis.
