The Repair Electrical Systems IDIQ provides electrical construction support to 120 organizations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Because expanded Civil Engineering requirements will exhaust the ceiling sooner than expected, an approved Justification and Approval dated August 14, 2026, citing FAR 6.103-1 “Only One Responsible Source,” supports a bilateral contract modification. That modification increases the contract ceiling from $9.9M to $15.9M, an increase of $6M. This action is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the approved J&A.
