The Repair Mechanical Systems IDIQ provides critical mechanical construction support to 120 distinct organizations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). Due to expanded Civil Engineering requirements, the contract ceiling will be reached much sooner than anticipated. Under an approved J&A dated 20 August 2026 and FAR 6.103-1 “Only One Responsible Source,” a bilateral modification increases the contract ceiling from $24.9M to $44.9M, an increase of $20M.
