If this amendment does not impact a previously submitted proposal, please submit a letter to the Primary and Secondary POC by the RFP Closing Date confirming the following: “(Insert Offeror Name) has reviewed the changes outlined within Amendment 7 and a proposal revision is not needed. The proposal submitted by (Insert Offeror Name) on (insert date submitted) still stands and shall be used for evaluation purposes.” 3. The RFP Closing Date is extended to 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST), on 21 November 2023. 4. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220. The size standard is $19M. The requirement for the anticipated solicitation is for a Repair Mechanical Systems Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for mechanical construction projects which are specific to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio and applicable to individual task orders. It is estimated that up to twenty-five (25) projects must be executed simultaneously with an overall execution estimate of fifty (50) annual projects. Most of the work involves repairs to HVAC, control systems, and heating/cooling/steam systems located both indoors and outdoors but can also include plumbing repairs for water/sanitary/storm distribution systems both indoors and outdoors, with minor ancillary work that may include suspended ceiling system removal/reinstallation and wall/floor system penetration repair on a single task order. Site works for tasks orders will be located in both Area A and Area B of WPAFB, Ohio as well as any off-base facilities owned by WPAFB. The period of performance (PoP) for this requirement is estimated to be from 13 June 2024 to 12 December 2029. The solicitation and all related documents will be available at http://www.sam.gov.
