The contractor shall provide services for industrial water treatment of cooling towers, package boilers, high temperature hot water(HTHW) central heating plant, central steam plant, heat exchanger heating systems (hot water and steam) and closed loop systems (hot water and chilled water) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, labor, treatment chemicals, laboratory support, and consultation services for the performance of the contract. This shall include delivery of materials to point of use sites (WPAFB personnel handle no materials). The contractor shall perform in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
