Original Posting : The United States of America, acting by and through the Secretary of the Air Force (the “Government”), is seeking to lease administrative office space (“Leased Space”) in support of 900 personnel within a 20-mile radius of 4375 Chidlaw Road, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, 45433 (“WPAFB”) in Dayton, Ohio, with a minimum space requirement of 133,756 usable square feet and up to a maximum space of 147,132 usable square feet. The Government will only consider Leased Space located in an existing building. The Leased Space must meet all of the requirements set forth in this Solicitation for Offers (“Solicitation”) and all attachments hereto.
