The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to accomplish multiple concurrent painting projects including; painting of interior and exterior surfaces in accordance with contract documents and standards of the industry at WPAFB real property facilities. The Contractors shall provide sufficient technical support and project management to assure quality and completeness of TO proposals, accommodate a number of concurrent “active” projects, provide flexibility subcontractor pool to handle rapid increases in work volume, process submittals in a timely manner, and perform according to schedule. Description of the work will be identified in each identified task order.
