The period of performance (PoP) for this service shall consist of one (1) Base Year with four (4) Option Years. The U.S. Government shall neither supervise nor control the method by which the contractor performs required task herein. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to guard against any actions that are of the nature of personal services, or give the perception of personal services.
