This action is a sole-source contract intended for Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation to support development, modernization, retrofit, and sustainment of the RQ-4 Global Hawk system for the U.S. Government. The work includes program management, engineering, hardware/software upgrades, logistics, training, security compliance, and test/integration activities. The program is Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information, requiring TS/SCI clearance for some personnel, and no technical data will be provided to the contractor. The period of performance runs from January 1, 2028, through June 30, 2033, with a one-year base, four one-year ordering periods, and a six-month extension option. Foreign contractor participation is not permitted.
