This will be done by acquiring tooling equipment and setting up a new production line. The purpose of this requirement is to build a manufacturing line in the United States to address the breathing line and ventilator filter shortage due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The increase in domestic capacity is necessary to streamline ventilator components and consumables to meet the increasing demand created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
