Sole Source Award to Testek, LLC. (CAGE 06659) The Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) cannot provide testing and repair for the Integrated Drive Gear (IDG) for their F-15 Fleet at Khamis Mushayt, Tabuk and Dhahran Air Bases. The IDG Test Stand, utilized to diagnose and test the IDG has been installed at the three respective bases, with Khamis Mushayt’s test stand being inoperable for two years and the test stand at Dhahran recently becoming inoperable. The type of work that is required would require a field service trip to evaluate and troubleshoot the inoperable test stands. This would include detailed testing of the test stand startup and shutdown procedures. The troubleshooting would involve both software and hardware with an actual IDG being tested. The results of the test will be used to determine the repair and if any additional software or hardware requirements are needed.
