This acquisition is to obtain a Firm Fixed Price task order under the Eagle Talon II IDIQ contract. The acquisition strategy has already been approved for sole source award to The Boeing Company, The F-15 aircraft original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The contractor shall provide four (4) Field Service Representatives one (1) Field Service Engineer to support the RSAF F-15 operations in the KSA. Two (each) FSRs will be assigned to KKAB (multiple squadrons), One (each) FSR will be assigned to KAAB, KFAB. The FSE shall be assigned to support the RSAF Aeronautical Engineering Wing (AEW) at KAAB. The contractor shall comply with the requirements of this Task Order IAW the Basic Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contract requirements of ETII FA8634-17-D-2696 for the duration of the contract period of performance for the RSAF F-15 Fleet. FSRs and FSE will provide on-site assistance in support of RSAF F-15 fleet operational and maintenance activities. Assistance to RSAF on operations and maintenance of include but are not limited to F-15 electrical, hydraulic, avionics, flight control, mechanical and environmental cooling systems. Support of specific subsystems such as but not limited to the APG-63(V)3 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar, Advanced Display Core Processor II mission computer, operational and maintenance debrief analysis are included. Review and interpretation of Country Standard Technical Orders, aircraft Built-In-Test (BIT) and fault isolation data to assist in aircraft troubleshooting are core requirements as are an understanding of the use and application/loading of Operational Flight Program software processes across aircraft sub-systems and Automatic Test Equipment on the F-15 platform. Possession of the unclassified and classified technical expertise, technical data, and access to system-level and sub-system source code, proprietary documentation and detailed knowledge (i.e., operations, design, facilities and tooling, configuration, manufacturing processes, integration of the aircraft avionics and maintenance support procedures) are essential to successfully perform these activities.
