07 Jul 2021 UPDATE: A Q&A is added as a result of the NOCA posted on 23 June 2021. This Q&A does not constitute an Invitation for Bids(IFB) or a Request for Proposals(RFP) nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse firms for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) - Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Classified Repair and Return (R&R) Support Services. The Government anticipates draft Request for Proposal (RFP) release on or around 15 July 2021. This NOCA does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach; the Government will not reimburse firms for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sustainment Branch (WAQI), F-15 FMS Division, Fighters and Advance Aircraft Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Robins AFB, GA intends to award a competitive one (1) twelve (12)-month contract with four (4) twelve (12)-month options, one (1) fourteen (14) month option, and six (6) month option to extend services providing logistical support and management services for classified F-15 RSAF R&R, including unclassified components requiring classified testing, software, or have classified technical orders for RSAF F-15 C/D/S and SA components causing them to be treated as classified items. Contractor provided R&R support will include management of depot-level repairs and modifications, Management Information Systems and Security Assistance Management Information Systems, management of Government Furnished Property and Contractor Acquired Property, travel, and identification of certified Sources of Repair (SORs). This competitive action will be Full and Open Competition.
