In addition to CLS, this effort will include services such as cybersecurity tasks and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Depending on the system operations tempo (OPSTEMPO), SME support may be necessary to operate and maintain ROBE systems during wartime and peacetime contingencies. Tasks performed under this contract shall include all actions necessary to provide maintenance and repair, logistics services, in plant engineering, Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, and cybersecurity services for the ROBE system. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Northrop Grumman (NG) Information Systems, San Diego, CA. This synopsis provides notice that the Government anticipates awarding a contract effort for Contactor Logistics Support (CLS) and Services for the AN/USQ-175 Communications Control Set (CCS) (NSN: 5895-01-540-3609, P/N: 195-A0175-2) also referred to as the Roll-On Beyond Line of Sight Enhancement (ROBE) Tactical Information Gateway System (TIGS). The contract period of performance will consist of one (1), 12-month basic option year and four (4), 12-month option years and a six (6) month extension (that will be utilized at the Order level). Place of Contract Performance- will be specified in the forthcoming solicitation Set-aside Status- The proposed contract action is for CLS services for which the Government intends to award competitively to a Small Business Concern.
