The contractor must supply all materials, engineering, labor, and shipping needed to fabricate, install, and integrate a fall protection/fall arrest system (FAS) for C-130 programmed depot maintenance, covering work in B2390 with an option for B91. The system must protect maintenance operations on the wing, center-wing box, empennage, and horizontal stabilizer while accommodating both stretched and non-stretched C-130 fuselage variants, preferably with a single FAS. Passive systems—guard rails, fall restraint, and fall arrest—are preferred in that order, and the installed system must not contact any aircraft components. Delivery includes operation and maintenance manuals, drawings, SolidWorks models, recommended preventive maintenance, and training for the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group. Performance and delivery will occur at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
