This acquisition is to establish a 48-month Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC)/Requirements contract with Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for Aerospace & Defense Master of Business Program, IAW PWS dated 21 November 2025. in which the contractor shall provide the Workforce Development and Training Branch (OBH) in the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) materials, training courses, certificate courses and degree programs. These materials, training courses, certificate courses and degree programs are in support of Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
