The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The 402nd Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG) requires the procurement of kits to build new Versatile Diagnostic Automated Test Stations (VDATS) systems to fulfill fielding requirements. The proposed contract will be five years including a base year with four ordering periods. See attached kit list
