The Contractor shall provide fourty-two (42) marine blue, metal lockers in accordance with the description attached, the attached picture, and attached T.O. 15X-1-1, paragraph 2.1.3.1.3 Storage Area to the 339th FLTX Flightcrew at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. The DOD, based upon audit findings, has renewed its focus on Financial Capability/Responsibility of federal contractors who receive awards. As such, the USG requests the following in the event that we award you a contract under this effort: Please provide a narrative statement from your company on how you can successfully cover your financial responsibilities for this contract with the potential IGE of the amount equal to your quote, including any subsequent orders that may be filled within the next 5 years under this Requirements Contract. Your narrative should be able to explain how your company can carry the debt during and up to delivery of all potential orders. Along with this narrative, please provide any substantiating documentation that you feel would bolster your position. Examples of substantiating documentation can be found at DFARS 232.072-2.
