Software support shall include: 1.1.1. Telephone technical support 24 hours per day with a guaranteed two (2) hour response time; 1.1.2. Access to web support tools 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week; 1.1.3. Live remote diagnostics; 1.1.4. Online Technical Reference Library; 1.1.5. Software upgrades and patches to include any necessary documentation; 1.1.6. Error correction to include workarounds that provide the ability to achieve substantially the same functionality that would be obtained without an error; 1.1.7. Product and support email alerts. 1.2.
