The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment, and fabrication as necessary to provide a Portable Industrial X-Ray NDT Imaging System which includes quantity of one (1) each new LORAD “SPX Series” (Model# SPX 160-NX) transportable unit and associated accessories. This system will be utilized in support of the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins AFB, Georgia. Solicitation FA857125Q0020 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited under Limited Sources.
