This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857124Q0106. The contractor shall provide materials, travel, labor, and training as necessary to provide the Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Anylogic Professional Team License Software and Maintenance for 10 Users whereas the annual maintenance may have up to four (4) option years. Also, the License SW shall include the necessary technical support, associated custom 3-day on-site training, and any applicable documentation.
