The Contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, travel, and training as necessary to provide the on-site Balancing Station Maintenance to perform preventative maintenance for two (2) each BTI balance station assets (station/model # 13376/VNR-500-STD-C130J and 13382/VNR-2500-Heavy-C130J /Robins Asset Nos in sequential order: WR006100 and WR006133) which shall include the necessary evaluation, parts, calibration certification, documentation, marking/labeling, and technical support. Also, the Contractor shall include add-on parts which include an associated set of calibration weights with certificate {set includes a variation of five (5) weights}. Solicitation FA857124Q0075 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
