The Q&As from the meeting 6 May 2024 to discuss clarifications with contractors in the competitive range has been attached. We have also provided photos as requested of the compressors and the manual for the compressors. Final quote revisions will be due Monday 13 May NLT 1300 EST. This solicitation has been closed as of 29 April 2024. This is a commercial, competitive requirement set-aside for small businesses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, labor, travel, training, and installation of an Air Compressor Automation system to the Commodies Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. Plant Services will work with contractor and coordinate all visits, shutdowns, etc. to complete the task.
