This requirement is being solicited as a sole source award to CIMS USA, Inc. based upon FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, parts, materials, remote diagnostics, and services to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to keep the Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) Orion PX (SN: 104338) in functional operating condition. This service would include two (2) periodic maintenances, telephone support, parts, labor, travel and software upgrades as well as unlimited service visits to support the 402nd Electronic Maintenance Group (EXMG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. See attachments for additional information. *Note: In the solicitation file under Description/Specifications/Statement of Work found on Page 6 of 48 is is stated that "SOLICITATION FA857124Q0034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)." FA857124Q0034 is incorrect and should state FA857124Q0047. All other information is correct.
