This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is a competitive 100% Small Business set aside. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set aside under NAICS 562998 with size standard of $14.5M. A site visit is required for this Solicitation along with the submission of necessary HAZMAT certification (s) prior to contract award date that meets or exceeds the "Hazardous Materials Safety Administration" environmental and safety standards. Quotations should be emailed to Olivia Mitchell (olivia.mitchell@us.af.mil) no later than Wednesday, 14 December, 2022 at 5:00 pm EST. Vendors are required to complete and sign solicitation document and return it with their quote.
