SMALL BUSINESSS SIZE STANDARD Small Business Only NAICS: 333924 Size Standards: 750 Employees This acquisition is to establish a requirements contract to purchase commercial 60 and 80 foot aerial lifts modified to meet Explosion Proof (EX) Articulating Boom Lift specifications. This action will be a total small business set-aside requirement for a contractor to provide all materialsequipment, labor and shipping costs necessary to deliver 60 foot and 80 foot aerial lifts to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The proposed requirements contract will consist of a basic ordering period and three ordering periods thereafter with a best estimated quantity of 24 boom lifts throughout the duration of all ordering periods. Boom lift delivery shall begin no later than 22 weeks after effective date of each delivery order. The Explosion Proof (EX) Articulating Boom Lift supply requirement shall meet the specifications identified in the Purchase Description document. Each contractor will be required to submit an explosion proof certification with submission of proposals and proposals will be evaluated using the lowest reasonable and balanced price with submission of Explosion Proof Certification. Total evaluated price will include all CLIN prices including those CLINs that the Government has a BEQ of 0 quantity in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 in the solicitation. If discounts will be offered based on amounts ordered in each ordering period, please advise of the disount amount in the proposal. All responsible sources may submit a propsoal which shall be considered by the agency. The contract ordering periods associated with each CLINs series are defined as follows: 00XX - Contract Award through 30 September 2022. 10XX - 1 October 2022 - 30 September 2023 20XX - 1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024 30XX - 1 October 2024 - 30 September 2025 Quantity: The required quantity is not fully known at this time. The quantities identified are Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) based upon projected requirements. Estimates include twenty-two (22) 60FT Explosion Proof (EX) lifts, Class 1, Division 1 articulating aerial lifts and two (2) 80FT Explosion Proof (EX) lifts, Class 1, Division 1 articulating aerial lifts.
