The Contractor, SATIS Inc., shall provide to the 802d Maintenance Support Squadron (MXSS), Robins Air Force Base, software code and unrestricted and unlimited software license to the US Air Force for the Test Management and Control Systems (TMACS), Version 3.5 and the TMACS family of products. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to SATIS Inc. The Contractor shall provide to the 802d Maintenance Support Squadron (MXSS), Robins Air Force Base, software code and unrestricted and unlimited software license to the US Air Force for the Test Management and Control Systems (TMACS), Version 3.5 and the TMACS family of products. Delivery is FOB Destination. Delivery is no later than 30 days after contract award.
