This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Due to proprietary constraints, Astronics is the only responsible source for the test set systems' performance upgrade and maintenance. The Contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and return shipping as necessary to provide PinPoint II Performance Upgrade and Maintenance for six (6) each PinPoint II Test Set systems (PN: 6xP2RAMC / SNs: 32362, 32363, 37498, 41611, 46923, and 52403) which shall include the necessary, evaluation/upgrade, hardware/software upgrade, calibration, return shipping, and a twelve (12)-month warranty. In addition, the Contractor shall provide the Multi-System annual maintenance coverage (AMC) for each system.
