The requirement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. Please reference the solicitation package attachments for further instructions. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 28 February 2022 at 1:00 pm EST. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment as necessary to provide quantity one (1) each new “built-to-order” D-Series/2060 XL-25 Mod 6.0 Magnetic Particle Wet Bench with one (1) each of the unit’s associated configuration upgrades/options/accessories, freight shipping, thirty-six (36) months extended warranty coverage, Wet Bench UV Lamp Mounting Fixture (PN 623365), and Oil Bath Start-Up Kit (PN 621452). The D-2060 magnetic particle inspection (MPI) capabilities will be utilized in building 142 to support the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. This unit and associated products shall be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Magnaflux, Inc.
