The contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment and/or travel necessary to provide annual maintenance coverage services which shall include repair(s), preventative maintenance (PM) with site visit, annual calibration (ACL) board with applicable data, hardware (HW)/software (SW) technical support, ninety (90)-day warranty for the Flying Probe Tester (MN BBT-S220 / SN 201161). Sole Source to Seica, 10 Avco Rd, Haverhill, MA 01835 on basis they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
