AMENDMENT: The pupose of this amendment is to change some of the language in the PWS to remove the requirement to provide the "Emerald Care", but instead provide the services listed in the Emerald Care program. The new PWS is dated 10 November 2021. ------- Solicitation FA857122Q0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA8571- 22-Q-0001. This solicitation will be solicited as full and open competition. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 811212 (b) No of Employees: N/A (c) Dollars: $30,000,000 REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide complete system maintenance services to support CMXG CMM Lab and Additive Manufacturing at Robins AFB, GA. The contractor shall provide all service/repair parts, and unlimited emergency service visits, of the Stratasys Fortus 900MC machine, (S/N: L0579). The contractor shall also provide technical phone support and software maintenance releases for the duration of the contract. All scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance will be completed by OEM personnel and must be certified by the OEM for any calibration, etc. with the repairs being made using OEM parts in accordance with the PWS dated 3 November 2021.
