This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a sole source requirement under the authority at FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source" and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Contractor shall provide the following Versatile Diagnostic Automated Test Station (VDATS) Digital Analog (DA) cable sets to the 402 EMXG/ 569 EMXS MXDPB at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
