This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a sole source requirement under the authority at FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source" and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG), 581 Software Engineering Squadron (SWES), Robins Air Force Base, GA, four (4) each Pickering RF Switch Instruments manufactured by Pickering Interfaces Inc. These instruments are needed for use with the Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station (VDATS).
